Working with the File Manager feels like working with your PC. The built-in drag & drop functionality will allow you to easily move files between your PC and the web server. Just select the file that you wish to upload from your desktop PC and then drag it to your browser. The same goes for downloading a file from the File Manager to your hard drive. On top of that, you can download files and even folders to your hard disk by pressing the Download button.

Easy File Editing Options

With the File Manager user interface, you can create a brand new file or folder with only one single mouse click. All action buttons are handily positioned above the file/folder list and you can modify your files without difficulty. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, explore the contents of a file or change its permissions, erase a file, and so on.

Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality

With the File Manager, you will be able to zip and unzip all types of files. It does work incredibly fast - just select the files you would like to archive and push the Compress button. You can even select the archive format (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract an archive to a selected folder.

File Editors

With the File Manager user interface, you really do not need any external software tools to edit your files. There is an image viewer, which allows you to preview the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will actually show up on the World Wide Web. Additionally, you will find a set of integrated file editors, which will give you absolute control over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are meant for more knowledgeable users, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy individuals.
