Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your mail accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward e-mails from one email mailbox to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email box accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply specify the email account you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
